"The Star"

• Dedicated to all the players of the Lockerley Silver Band on their 125th Anniversary Celebration.  This march was inspired by a photograph circa 1880 of the band entertaining a crowd outside the Star Public house in East Tytherley. The Star is also the emblem on their vintage bass drum.  This is a traditional sounding march, very stirring with great movement and musicality.  50% of all sales will go to the Lockerley Silver Band, which is a non-contesting village band.
